Arizona Room? Florida Room? Patio Enclosure? Sunroom Addition? Room Addition?

Many homeowners needs additional living or recreational space and are not sure how to call it.
Basically any additional living space is a room addition with its own unique features. In order to qualify as a "living space" the addition must have heating and air conditioning system. Any additional space without heating and air conditioning will be classified as a recreational area.

Arizona Room: a room addition with a lot of glass area that provides maximum view of the Arizona's beautiful and unique landscape. Usually being use as a recreational or all purpose room.

Florida Room: a room addition with a lot of glass area that provides maximum view of the Arizona's beautiful and unique landscape. Usually being used as a recreational or all purpose room.

Patio Enclosure: an enclosure constructed under an existing patio roof. usually being used as a recreational or all purpose room but also can be used as a bedroom or as a kitchen addition. Keeping the existing patio roof save on the construction cost.

Sunroom Addition: Same as Arizona room, Florida room, patio enclosure and any room addition with a lot of glass area.

Room Addition: any additional space regardless of the amount of glass area and being used as a "living space" or as a recreational space.

Make sure to get all the features you need in the addition, regardless how you call it. Remember that by adding heat and air conditioning to the room will be classified it as a "living space" which will be added to the overall square feet of the house. A good thing to have when you sell the house because it will give you the best return on your investment.
