AZ Enclosures and Sunrooms started to apply those fundamentals at the end of 2007. Those fundamentals allows us to charge 30% to 40% below the leading competitors and yet be profitable. How do we do it? We structured down our overhead to a bear minimum. We purchase the construction materials at a major discount and our workers volunteered to take a pay cut in order to keep their job. Of course we also lowered our profit margin to a bear minimum.
