We converted an existing covered patio into a larger livable sunroom enclosure. The HOA requested that the addition will have the same style and colors as of the existing house. Also, they requested that the new addition roof will have the same roof tiles as of the house roof. We also tried to build this addition with as many “green” construction features within the HOA limitation.
